Winery · Malá Tŕňa
The largest Slovak Tokaj producer according to the regional tourism board, with a 2.5 km historic tuff cellar that is a national cultural monument.
Tokaj & CO was formed in 1999 when it took over the vineyards and cellars of the former state Tokaj enterprise, and today farms more than 110 ha in Čerhov, Malá Tŕňa, Veľká Tŕňa and Slovenské Nové Mesto. Its historic cellar in Malá Tŕňa has about 2.5 km of corridors with roughly 1,500 barrels, two tasting rooms and a wine archive. Tastings of 2, 9 or 15 samples include a cellar tour with the winery's oenologist and must be booked in advance.
