Tokaj village in the Trebišov district
The smallest of the seven Tokaj villages, a quiet hillside settlement near the barrel-shaped observation tower in the vineyards.
With fewer than 200 inhabitants, Černochov is the smallest of the seven villages and the one most visitors pass without noticing. It is worth the detour for the calm, the Reformed church and the walk through the vineyards towards the 12-metre wooden observation tower shaped like a barrel, which stands between Černochov and Malá Tŕňa and looks out over both the Slovak and the Hungarian side of Tokaj.
